The museum is open year around and is free to the public. Both the Sinclair Town Hall and the Parco/Sinclair Historic District Museum are located in the same building. The room in the west portion of the building, in which the Museum is presently located, used to be the First National Bank of Parco, Wyoming.

The bank opened its doors on July 5, 1924. The bank closed June 1, 1933, following the transfer of all business to the First National Bank of Rawlins. The interior of the bank was finished in American walnut.
